Double confirmed. It's the F jam at the end of Mikes, a month before the debut of Simple. Had me fooled as well, what a awesome chord progression though..

Yeah, the jam said Simple to me, but the tone said spring/summer '94. Since Simple didn't really jam much until November '94, I figured I was either wrong about the era, or it was a Mike's jam (the F-jam after the traditional ending part).

Holy shit you're totally right! In fact, when I commented yesterday that I couldn't put my finger on it but knew I had listened to it recently, this was the jam I was thinking of. You have no idea what a relief it is to me to have figured out wtf I was thinking yesterday...
