As you know, we're all volunteers here so we don't have an office and run our website and fan charitable foundation "virtually" by email. To help keep my sanity, please use the email and subject line exactly so my mailreader will catch them and do not submit multiple requests or PM me, etc. All prize packages will come from me, not from the Phish.net store, so we can't send complimentary prize items through the store. Also, it will take a couple of weeks for this process to work for me to get everyone's "order", get the stuff from the store and send the prizes to you, so your patience is appreciated and will be rewarded.

(And if you're not a winner, you can still get any of the above fine items from the Phish.net store! Hint hint. Make fine surprise gifts for your tour friends...they will be appreciated, I can vouch for that, having gifted some swag at SBIX!)
